From 2008 to 2017, I served as the foundational focal point for IBM Portugal’s Data Centre Offering, completely owning the end-to-end strategy and execution for the Portuguese market. In this role, I navigated multi-megawatt projects through their entire lifecycle: gathering core client necessities, architecting technical layout designs, negotiating vendor partner solutions, and crafting financial business cases. Post-signature, I stepped into the trenches as Lead Project Manager, driving hours, materials, deadlines, and customer expectations. Every single project under my watch was delivered completely on time and within budget, forging an elite network of trusted engineering partnerships.

Between 2017 and 2021, I recognized early that data center density could no longer exist without deep environmental responsibility. I expanded my scope to lead dedicated IoT and Energy Efficiency initiatives and started to work as a freelancer at that time. By leveraging my established network of elite hardware and software building partners, I analyzed systemic operational telemetry to construct high-efficiency utilities. This era provided a deep, global macro-perspective on what has now become an uncompromisable modern infrastructure standard: highly intelligent, low-waste critical whitespaces.
